Dra. Ma. del Refugio Fraga Dentist Surgeon from the San Nicolás de Hidalgo University of Michoacán, graduated in 1985. She started her carreer as dentist at the Lázaro Cárdenas General Hospital of Jiquilpan, Mich. At the same time she offered her services independently till 1997, when she specialzed in Permanent Prostetics and Neurofocal Dentistry at the University of Guadalajara. Later, in 2001 she graduated from a Rehabilitation degree in Morelia. She has attended several specialty courses and has volunteered at County Medical Services and DIF at Rosarito and Tijuana.
